APPLICATION

The present conditions regulate the use of the service of www.carvidmarine.com. The orders placed through the website implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions, which are described in the paragraphs you will find below. These conditions mean that both parties are linked, company and consumer, in case of reaching an agreement on the purchase of their services.

The present terms may be modified without notice, and will prevail those published at the time that the use of the service occurs. We highly recommend its reading and understanding every time you access to the website.

1 – PRODUCTS

1a . Prices of the website

Our prices are directed only to consumers who have a delivery address in Spain.

The visible products on the website are only available until the end of stocks. In the event that the contract cannot be executed due to not being available the purchased product, we will immediately inform the consumer so it can request a refund of any sums paid without charge at the transaction made by the latter.

2a . Presentation of the products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible, subject to the limitations of current technology of digital imaging.

3a . Validity:

Carvid Marine is responsible for each one of its products, so any awning, part or accessory thereof not be delivered in perfect conditions shall entitle the consumer to request the replacement within the first 24 hours of receipt, with prior demonstration of the facts and consistency between them, Carvid Marine reserves the right to make the change, being not mandatory the replacement thereof.

2 – PAYMENT METHODS

2a . COD

This system allows you to pay for your order upon delivery to your home. The courier will charge 3% of the purchase value, with a minimum charge of 2 euros and a maximum of 50 € per purchase. The COD orders will be shipped once they have been confirmed with the client.

2a . Bank Transfer:

You can request the payment via bank transfer to our bank account of Banco Sabadell with IBAN: ES1100815333010001449852. This payment method won't entail any additional charge. The transfer costs are borne by the payer. In the concept of the transfer shall be indicated the order number and the name of the person that makes the purchase. We inform you that the shipping will begin upon the receipt of the payment in our account. This circumstance may typically delay the period a day or two. If within a period of ten days the transfer is not made, we will proceed to cancel the order.

3a . Income in cash:

You can make the income in cash in any branch of "La Caixa" to the account mentioned above. We don't recommend this method, because the bank could charge you bank expenses, of which Carvid Marine is not related. Yet you must tell the cashier to make the income from the option "payments to others", so that such expenses are charged to Carvid Marine.

4a . Credit Card:

You can pay with your credit card, without any additional charge; enjoy the safest payment method, by making your payment in the virtual POS provided by the bank branch, in a 100% safe environment.

5a . Payment using PayPal:

Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card, without sharing any financial information with Carvid Marine. PayPal automatically encrypts the confidential data with the help of the best technologies available on the market. The orders paid using PayPal don't have any surcharge on the total amount.

3 – SECURITY

To ensure payment security, Carvid Marine uses the virtual POS of Banco Sabadell. This service incorporates the standard SSL security so that confidential data (the number of 16-digits of the credit card, expiration date, CVV code) are transmitted directly in encrypted form to the bank server, without logging the server of Carvid Marine.

Also, if you choose to pay using PayPal, you can do it quickly and securely using your own account or with your credit or debit card, without sharing any financial information with Carvid Marine. 4 – DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

Deliveries are made the next business day of its reception, and will be received by the customer within 2-4 working days, counting from the execution and registration of the order number. This period may be altered by a fortuitous incident or of force majeure; in this case the delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond the control and management of Carvid Marine.

Festive days in the community of Palma de Mallorca must be considered as a public holiday in www.carvidmarine.com, especially regarding the delivery of the goods, because our logistics platform is centralized in the Balearic Islands. We apologize for any inconvenience this problem may cause you in the course of the reception of your order.

Any modification of the package delivered by the carrier must be rejected, in order to not disturb the customer satisfaction with a product of Carvid Marine.

5 - MODIFICATIONS

Carvid Marine reserves the right to make without notice any changes it deems appropriate or necessary on its website, and may modify, delete or add content, prices and services provided through any URL the same as how in which these are presented or located on its website.

The customer who has already made a purchase in Carvid Marine can choose a password that allows not having to fill out forms prior to placing an order for future purchases.

The relation between Carvid Marine and the user will be governed by the Spanish legislation.

The parties submit, at its option, for the resolution of the conflicts and renouncing to any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user´s domicile. In case of disputes relating to the recruitment and online advertising, data protection, child protection and accessibility, the user can go to the system resolution as you need, always reminding you that Carvid Marine is a guarantee of quality and reliability, always solving any incident that may cause any of its products and services.

7 – GUARANTEE

Carvid Marine ensures good products, checking at all times the condition and operation thereof before packaging, thus giving security to our customer, that the product that comes to its acquirer has been checked and sealed by the standards of quality required.

Carvid Marine undertakes to change or modify the acquired product, as long as some details are provided and within 48 hours of receipt of the order, each of the actions and pictures made to the package, ordering by sequences what happened after the receipt of the package.

If the package has been damaged or modified by the carrier, do not take it.
