All prices are in US dollars per month, billed monthly in advance. Sales tax or VAT is added only where the law requires it. You don't need a sales call for anything on this page.
01 · Virtual servers
Full virtualisation with your own kernel. Storage is local NVMe, not network-attached. Each VPS gets one IPv4 address and a routed /64 of IPv6.

1 Gbps shared port on every plan. No setup fee. Traffic over the allowance costs $1 per extra TB, or we can cap the port at 10 Mbps instead if you prefer. Extra IPv4 addresses are $3/mo each. Outbound port 25 is closed by default; see the AUP.
02 · Bare metal
The whole machine is yours. IPMI access lets you install any OS. Each server has an unmetered 1 Gbps port, and a /29 of IPv4 is available on request.

No setup fee on either config. A /29 of IPv4 costs $15/mo. Delivery takes 1–3 business days. Failed parts are replaced within 4 business hours of diagnosis, per the SLA.
03 · Your hardware
Ship your servers to our London partner facility and we rack them. Power is metered per space. The quarter rack comes with A+B feeds.

Traffic over the allowance costs $1 per extra TB. Extra power is $25/mo per 0.5 A. The first 30 minutes of remote hands each month are included. After that it's $60 per hour, billed in 15-minute steps. You pay for inbound shipping and carry the risk until the hardware arrives, as set out in the service delivery policy.
04 · BGP
For networks with their own ASN and address space. We take your routes over eBGP and send you a full table, a default route, or both. Every port includes both IPv4 and IPv6 sessions.

Before a session goes live we check that your prefixes have valid RPKI ROAs or matching IRR route objects, then register them with our upstreams. Allow 3–7 business days. Any cross-connect fee the facility charges is passed on at cost. Routing policy and communities are on the network page.
Billing questions
Email [email protected] or use the contact form with the plan you want. We reply with an invoice and a card payment link, and set up the service once it's paid.
By credit or debit card, or by international bank transfer for invoices over $100. Invoices are emailed on the billing date and are due that day. You have a 7-day grace period before suspension.
There's no minimum term, and every service runs month to month. Cancel by email before the next billing date and you won't be charged again. The refund and cancellation policy has the details, including the 7-day money-back period on your first VPS.
No. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT. If tax applies where you are, it appears as a separate line on the invoice.
