Carvidmarine LLC ("Carvid Marine", "we", "us") sells hosting and network services, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped to you. This policy explains how and when each service is delivered.
How services are delivered
Services are delivered electronically. When a service is ready, we email login details, IP addresses and any setup notes to the email address on your account. Delivery begins once payment is confirmed and any identity verification is complete.
How ordering works
- Email [email protected], or use the contact form, with the service you want.
- We reply with an invoice. You can pay it by card, or by international bank transfer for invoices over $100.
- Once payment clears, we set up the service and email you the details.

Custom configurations are delivered on the date given in your written quote.
IP transit prerequisites
Before we can turn up a BGP session, you need your own ASN, address space registered to you, and valid RPKI ROAs or IRR route objects for the prefixes you'll announce. If you need a cross-connect, we send a Letter of Authorisation (LOA) for the facility.
Colocation shipping
For colocation, you send your equipment to the facility address we give you when you order. You pay for shipping and carry the risk until the facility signs for the delivery. Label each item with your service ID. We inspect it on arrival and email you photos before we rack it.
When colocation ends, you can collect your equipment or have it shipped back at your cost within 30 days.
If we're late
If a service isn't delivered within the times above, email [email protected] and we'll give you a new date. If it still isn't delivered within the stated time plus 5 business days, you can cancel for a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
